there is a difference between a "CIVIL CORPORATION" and a "CIVIC ORGANIZATION". the civil coporation is any INCOPORATION with the government solely for the purpose of doing "BUSINESS", like mcdonalds, and burger king, they are both CIVIL CORPORATIONS, civil meaning they are fully under the LAWS and JURISDICTION of the government. they cant even hire and fire people without meeting certain GOVERNMENT standards of proceedure.

but a CIVIC ORGANIZATION, is an organization that has or hasnt incorporated for the purpose of "CIVIL BUSINESS" (civil work), meaning "POLITICAL EMPOWERMENT". the MTS was oriignally organized (coordinated and controlled) and established as a CIVIC ORGANIZATION, an organization (association, society or union for a common purpose) to help ASIATICS achieve political and economic powers within this NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.

but as the "work" was largely "religious", it was reorganized as a RELGIOUS CORPORATION, and yet it still carried over all of the "CIVIC WORK" (national objective) it was originally doing. it just recieved the proper LEGAL RECOGNITITON under the religious coporate laws of the government.

and it is well known that the MST (1926) and MSTA (1928), both incorporations of the MDM (our society and polity) were very active in the political and economic arenas of American Citizenship.

this is so much the case, that both "voting" (sufferage) and "citizenship" were called "SACRED OBLIGATIONS", and this should be taken quite seriously by the present members of the MDM/MSTA, as it was taken very seriously by those in the late 1920's. this is one of the reasons I use the term "NATIONAL" over simple citizenship, because in todays ideas of our world, citizenship no longer denotes LOYATLY AND RESPECT FOR GOVERNMENT. but NATIONALITY, NATIONAL, NATIONALISM, NATIONALISTIC, etc. does.

nationalistic and civic holding the same meaning here.

most dont seem to know that NATIONALITY and NATIONALISM are interchangeable words in the english language. the root of both being "NATIONAL", someone that is LOYAL TO THE NATION, for he has learned to LOVE instead of HATE, thus performs his civic duties to their government.

now I am also very aware of the fact that a NATION and a GOERNMENT are two separate entities, and yet, if we have LOVE FOR and PRIDE IN our NATION (Asiatics in Americans), then we must seek the very best for them in, from, of and by the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT they reside (domicile-municipal, qausi-national, national) within. so our LOVE for our NATION, becomes reflected through our RESPECT and LOYALTY to the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. no matter where in the world Asiatics are, the same prinicple applies, and will be enforced and effected at higher levels within the jurisdiction of our own NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.

this is why I am against "ANTI-GOVERNMENT" teachings (which will get you CAST OUT as an undesirable), because an anarchist (destructionist) here, will be one anywhere else they go. the same ones promoting and practicing ANTI-GOVERNMENT TEACHINGS HERE, hiding behind the NATIONALISTIC OVERTONES of MOORISH LOVE, would act in the same exact manner if they moved to MOROCCO, ALGIERS, or TRIPOLI tomorrow. and they would find some cause for their ANTI-GOVERNEMNT teachings there also, within less than 5 years they would be seeking every means to DIVIDE (devour) the Moorish Nations of West Africa from within them.

and the even greater truth is, NO MATTER WHERE THEY GO, they will have plenty of problems to choose from, because ALL NATIONS ARE SEEKING PEACE, as ALL NATIONS ARE HAVING INNER as well as OUTER CONFLICTS. the lions and lambs all over the world are still drowning in the cares of the world. and this is why the PROPHETS MESSAGE; SALVATION TO THE NATIONS, is so important. and its application must be IMPLEMENTED in every nation universally, beginning right here where we reside today.

this is still a religious corporation, and it is still a civic organization. OUR DUTIES TO ALLAH AND OBLIGATIONS TO THE NATION have not decreased in the slightest bit, NATIONALITY IS STILL THE ORDER OF THE DAY (check your nationality card), and the ORGANIC GENERAL LAWS of the MSTA.

the very word ORGANIZATION is from the latin word ORGAN menaing a TOOL or INSTRUMENT, and that coming from the earlier greek word "ERGON", meaning "TO WORK". this should make one think of Holy KOran chapter 5, THE WORKSHOP OF THE MIND.

the workshop in this case representing the ORGANIZATION, and the mind representing the NATION (as man is mind). thus it is a NATIONALISTIC/CIVIC ORGANIZATION (political party). whos purpose is UPLIFITNG FALLEN HUMANITY, by "TEACHING THOSE THINGS NECESSARY TO MAKE MEN AND WOMEN BETTER CITIZENS".

under this frame of thinking, the tools could be said to represent;

1. ruler - the constitution (body of laws)

2. compass - legislative body

3. axe - executive body

4. hammer - judicial body

5. level/plane - civil parties

6. three step ladder - municipal, state, and national governments and offices.

7. character - better citizenship

8. etc. etc. etc.

so through the incoporation of these two ENTITIES, the Moorish Divine Movement (wisdom symbolically) and the State Of Illinois (force symbolically) we have the Moorish Science Temple of America (love symbolically), our government body of power. which is full sovereign internally (our private religious law enforcement) and part-sovereign externally (their public civil law enforcement).

and in this grip (association, union), we symbolically recieve ALL POWER IN HEAVEN (the natural and divine laws of our religious corporation), AND OVER THE EARTH (the civil and common laws of their civil coporation).

but these things can only be properly understood when it is understood, what is the difference between a CIVIC ORGANIZATION and a CIVIL CORPORATION. thus further detailing what the PROPHET meant when he said concerning the CIVIC WORK;

"We organized as the Moorish Temple of Science in the year of 1925, and were legally incorporated as a civic organization under the laws of the State of Illinois, November 29th, 1926. The name Moorish Temple of Science changed to the Moorish Science Temple of America, May 1928, in accordance with the legal requirements of the Secretary of the State of Illinois."

"There is but one issue for them to be recognized by this government and of the earth and it comes only through the connection of the Moorish Divine National Movement, which is incorporated in this government and recognized by all other nations of the world. And through it they and their children can receive their Divine rights, unmolested by other citizens that they can cast a free national ballot at the polls under the free national constitution of the States Government and not under a granted privilege as has been the existing condition for many generations."
